Terms of Service

Effective 2 September 2026. These terms govern use of aimiafrica.cloud and the AIMI platform, developed by EntaiLabs.

The service

AIMI provides AI-assisted security, fraud, and compliance operations. Marketing-site tools (such as the free passive scan) are provided "as is" for evaluation. Pilot and production use is governed by a separate customer agreement.

Acceptable use

• Only run scans against domains and infrastructure you own or are explicitly authorised to test.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform itself.
• Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, fraud, or spam.

Intellectual property

All content, marks, and software on this site are the property of EntaiLabs. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntaiLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its free tools. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
